FRP Doors
Durable. Water-Resistant. Ready for Demanding Environments.
FRP (Fibre-Reinforced Plastic) doors are high-performance alternatives to traditional wood, metal, or PVC doors. Manufactured using the compression moulding process, these doors combine fiberglass reinforcement with thermoset resins to deliver exceptional strength, dimensional stability, and resistance to environmental stressors.

Key Features of FRP Doors
- Structural Strength & Impact Resistance
The fiberglass core provides excellent mechanical strength, making the doors ideal for high-traffic and rough-use areas. - Completely Water & Termite Proof
Unlike wooden doors, FRP doors do not absorb moisture, swell, rot, or attract termites — ensuring long-term performance in humid or wet environments. - Fire Retardant Options Available
FRP doors can be manufactured with fire-resistant properties, making them suitable for use in buildings requiring fire-safety compliance. - Customizable Surface Finishes
Available in smooth or woodgrain textures with the option to paint, coat, or laminate — offering flexibility in design and aesthetics. - Consistent Dimensions for Easy Installation
Uniform panel thickness and accurate edge profiles make hardware fitting (hinges, locks, handles) simple and precise.
Applications
- Residential – Bathrooms, kitchens, balconies, utility rooms
- Commercial – Offices, schools, laboratories, clean rooms
- Industrial – Factories, washrooms, process areas
- Public Utilities – Toilets, changing rooms, public buildings
Manufacturing Process
These doors are produced through hydraulic compression moulding, where layers of fiberglass mat and thermoset resin are placed in a heated mould. The mould is closed under high pressure to cure the resin and form the door panel. This process ensures:
- High bonding strength between layers
- Minimal material wastage and low rejection rates
- Dimensional consistency across large batches
- Smooth, ready-to-use finish directly from the mould
Engineered for longevity. Designed for versatility.
FRP doors offer a smart, cost-effective solution for today’s infrastructure — where durability, hygiene, and performance matter most.
